The Centro Loft features a bright, efficient 600 square-foot loft floorplan wit a full kitchen, a queen-size bed in the bedroom area, a sofa-bed in the living area, dining area and work desk.
 
Suitable for up to 3 persons, The Centro Loft is located downtown Montréal in the “Arts Quarter” near Place des Arts, right in the business area.

  2. ➡Our rates are all-inclusive, there are no additional or hidden charges to consider.
  3. ➡Your suite will be completely cleaned & restocked before your arrival and after your departure, however we do not provide cleaning services during your stay.
  4. ➡All cleaning tools and products are supplied to maintain your suite during your stay, and a housekeeper service can be referred.
  5. ➡Deposits and rents are calculated, charged and refunded in Canadian dollars ($C).
  6. ➡You can convert these amounts (approximately) to the currency of your choice at www.XE.com
  7. ➡A maximum of 3 persons can occupy each apartment. Please contact us before booking if you are traveling with a young child.

  8.   Deposit    
At time of booking we will require payment of a 350$C Reservation Deposit & Bond. This amount will be held during your stay and it will be returned, after apartment verification, on departure day.
 
  1.   Rent  
Rent payment is due, in full, on arrival day. For long-term stays, rent is due monthly.
At check-in you will be required to provide us with 2 photo I.D. such as a valid passport.
